  • Be partnered with an experienced nurse for 1:1 time to discuss career goals
  • Spend dedicated time with an experienced nurse recruiter to review your resume and make edits to align with career aspirations

  Members: $35
  Non-members: $45
  Registration includes appetizers and one drink ticket.

  Don't delay! This event is limited to 45 participants. Registration closes on Thursday, April 23, 2026. (Mentors and recruiters are not included in this count.)

  Conference Registration Rates
  Member: $385
  Non-member: $480 (includes a one-year SWPONL membership)
  Group 3+: Save $15 per attendee. Contact Amy at office@swponl.org for member/non-member group discount registrations.
  Group 7+: Save $25 per attendee. Contact Amy at office@swponl.org for member/non-member group discount registrations.
  Student/Retired: $250
  Non-member Student/Retired: $300 (includes a one-year SWPONL membership)

  NOTE: The non-member fee is extended to nurse leaders and aspiring nurse leaders employed in a healthcare discipline. Sponsors cannot attend as non-members; please contact the SWPONL office for more information about our Sponsorship Opportunities.

  Registration Cancellations: If you are not able to attend SWPONL 2026, please send your written notification to office@swponl.org. An administrative fee of $150 will be assessed for cancellations received by Friday, July 31, 2026. No refunds will be made for requests after July 31, 2026.
